Ingredients: Red Raspberry Leaf, Lemon Balm, Nettles, Oatstraw, Holy Basil, Red Clover, Motherwort, Lady’s Mantle, Angelica, Healing Energies
Suggested Use: Pour 8oz of freshly boiled water over 1 TBSP of tea. Steep covered for 10-15 minutes. Add honey or maple syrup if desired.
*Adding a splash of acv of lemon juice will increase the amount of minerals extracted from the herbs.
